Why ?.Step 3. Number the pictures1. Look at the pictures ,Explain that each of the five picturesillustrates a different sentence in the story . Read and number the picturesin the order in which the matching sentences appear in the text .2. Point to the pivtures in turn .Read the story again and number the picture . Step 4. Check the correct answer1. Explain to the children that all the information they need to complete the sentences is in the text on the facing page .2. Point to the beginning of the first sentence .
