I told my people in my department 15 years ago, "guys, we have to work hard, not for ourselves. If we can be successful, 80 per cent of the young people in China can be successful. We don't have the rich father, or powerful uncle. We don't get one dollar from banks, or one cent from the government. So the money is not mine; I just happily have the resources. And I want to do a better job. Like Forrest Gump, we never give up, and we keep on fighting. We keep changing ourselves; we don't complain.
