Serious research about social support the development of cultural undertakings in the country and the XX policy, especially the policy of industrial development, financial investment policy, financial policy and tax policy, and actively seek policy, projects and funds, enterprise and industry group mission to promote leapfrog development.39注意事项： 对进场的每捆钢筋标识牌、厂家标记，是否明显齐全，钢筋质量证明书中炉牌号必须与实物标识相符，并核实进场数量及品种规格，当不一致时，应查明材料来源，否则应退货。 抽检钢筋直径，直径偏差允许值：光园钢筋，直径12mm时、为±0.3mm;12mm时、为±0.4mm。带肋钢筋，直径6时，为±0.3mm；8mm18mm时，为±0.4mm；20mm25mm时、为±0.5mm；28mm36mm时、为±0.6mm。偏差超过允许值得应退货或降级使用，测量带肋钢筋直径时，不仅要测量钢筋内径，还要测量钢筋的横肋高度。 外观质量：钢筋应平直、无损伤，钢筋表面不得有裂纹、起皮、油污、颗粒状或片状老锈等。 当钢筋表面存在裂纹、起皮应退货；若存在损伤、不平直应剔出退货；存在油污应清理干净；存在颗粒状或片状老锈应除尽，若影响截面尺寸，应降级处理。 监理平行检验后应在被检的钢筋上检验合格标示，不合格钢筋应立即撤离现场。3.3.2 电线、电缆原材料检测1、使用仪器 游标卡尺、 电线电缆长度测量仪2、检测技术标准和方法检验数量：线缆应按批次进行检查和验收，同批次、同规格的线缆抽取10%且不得少于5件，少于5件时全部检验。检验方法：按线缆进场时间、品种、规格型号、批次，分类堆放。由施工单位的专职质检员、材料员与监理站的监理工程师、监理员共同检查。线缆直径应采用数显卡尺进行测量。测面上，观测一个 面以后，再旋转90度，观测另一个面。3个同芯共观测6个数值，并将结果记录。要求结果精确到小数点后两位。 注意事项：线芯直径只规定了上限，而没有规定线芯下限，所以说并不是线芯越粗越好。检测技术标准：检测电线线径和绝缘皮厚度用卡尺或千分尺，检测电线长度，将电线展开拉直用皮尺量，将实际长度和标识长度对比；称重，抽检整盘线的重量，具体技术标准数值见下表：附表1：BV线的线径、参考重量及绝缘层厚度导线截面（mm²）根数/线径（mm）最大外径(mm)参考重量（kg/km）绝缘层厚度（mm）1.51/1.383.319.90.71.57/0.513.521.02.51/1.783.931.40.82.57/0.684.233.141/2.254.446.347/0.854.849.061/2.764.966.067/1.045.469.43.3.3 PVC电线套管进场检验1、使用仪器 游标卡尺2、检测技术标准和方法检验数量：PVC电线套管应按批次进行检查和验收，同批次，同规格的PVC电工套管随机抽取试样10%，且不得少于5件。检验方法：按PVC电工套管进场时间、品种、规格型号、批次，分类堆放。由施工单位的专职质检员、材料员与监理站的监理工程师、监理员共同目测和钢尺量测检查，PVC电工套管直接应采用数显卡尺进行测量。检测技术标准：检测PVC电工套管外径和壁厚用卡尺或千分尺，具体技术标准数值见下表：PVC电工套管按照轻型管材执行GB/14823.2-93，中型和重型管材执行JG/T3050-98,管件执行JG/T3050-98的标准规定。具体要求如下表：PVC-U电工绝缘导管管材壁厚对照表管径外径公差壁厚轻型管中型管重型管16mm±0.3mm1.15mm1.5mm1.9mm20mm±0.3mm1.3mm1.55mm2.1mm25mm±0.4mm1.45mm1.8mm2.2mm32mm±0.4mm1.7mm2.1mm2.7mm40mm±0.5mm2.1mm2.3mm2.8mm50mm±0.6mm2.45mm2.85mm3.4mm63mm±0.6mm3.0mm3.3.4 开关、插座及其附件进场外观检验1、使用仪器 游标卡尺、绝缘电阻测试仪2、检测步骤检验数量：开关、插座应按批次进行检查和验收，同批次，同规格的开关、插座随机抽取试样10%且不得少于5件。检验方法：按开关、插座进场时间、品种、规格型号、批次，分类堆放。由施工单位的专职质检员、材料员与监理站的监理工程师、监理员共同目测和量测检查，开关、插座尺寸应采用数显卡尺和绝缘电阻测试仪进行测量检查。检测技术标准：查验产品合格证，防爆产品有防爆合格证号，实行安全认证制度的产品有安全认证标志。 3c认证标志外观检查：开关、插座的面板完整、无碎裂、无锈蚀、零件齐全。对开关、插座的电气和机械性能进行现场抽样检测：不同极性带电部件间的电气间隙和爬电距离不小于3mm；绝缘电阻值不小于5M；用自攻锁紧螺钉或自切螺钉安装的，螺钉与软塑固定件悬合长度不小于8mm，软塑固定件在经受10次拧紧退出试验后，无松动或掉渣，螺钉及螺纹无损坏现象；金属间相旋合的螺钉螺母，拧紧后完全退出，反复5次仍能正常使用。对开关、插座、接线盒及其面板等塑料绝缘材料阻燃性能有异议时，按批抽样送有资质的试验室检测。3.3.5 模板试拼及周转检验1、仪器设备5米钢卷尺、50米皮尺及喷剂 2、检测步骤检查数量： 选择梁、柱、板各一个构件进行模板的试拼检验。 每批模板拆除或周转一次后，应对其整修清理、保养完成后的全数进行检验。检验方法：按同期进场、同品种、同一规格模板进行梁、柱、板等模板的试拼装，由施工单位的质量员、技术员（施工员）和监理站的专业监理工程师、监理员一起，验收合格后方可进入现场安装。每批模板拆除或周转一次，应全数整修清理、保养，监理应及时对模板的板材厚度偏差、起皮、脱胶、平整度、接缝、翘曲、脱模剂的使用等进行检验，经监理验收符合要求后，方可再次使用。对保养更换的模板监理验收合格后挂上平行检验合格标牌。注意事项：每批模板安装完毕后，监理应及时对模板的几何尺寸、轴线、标高、垂直度、平整度、接缝、清扫口及支撑体系等进行验收。3、数据记录及结论3.3.6砖原材料检验1、仪器设备ZK-1型砖用卡尺、3米钢卷尺标志标识模板及喷剂2、检测步骤砖原材料选试样为20块砖。实测实量 检验数量：每日进场（同一生产厂、同品种、同规格）的砖（砌块）为一检查批，随机抽取20块砖（砌块）。 检验方法：由施工单位的材料员、质量员、项目监理站的专业监理工程师、监理员等一起，对每一次采购进场的同一生产厂、同品种、同规格的砖（砌块），进行几何尺寸、外观质量（缺棱掉角、裂纹长度）进行检查验收。验收合格后在该批砌块上挂上合格标牌。 注意事项：当检查几何尺寸偏差超过±2mm、缺棱掉角个数多于1处、尺寸大于20mm、裂纹长度大面上宽度方向大于30mm、长度方向大于50mm，如有四块砖（砌块）存在上述不合格指标时，判定该批砖（砌块）为不合格，应退货。每一次采购进场的同一生产厂、同品种、同规格的砖（砌块），外观检查合格后，应按相关规范和标准的要求见证取样送有资质的检测机构进行检测，合格后方可使用。3.3.7砼坍落度检测1、仪器设备坍落度桶、1米钢板、插捣棒、3米钢卷尺2、检测步骤检验数量：每十车进行一次（不足十车，仍以十车计）。检验方法：由项目监理站的专业监理工程师、监理员等一起，在砼入模或泵送前，用坍落度桶和钢尺随机测量检查。注意事项:对混凝土的品种、标号，每车混凝土的送货小票上标明的出厂时间，检查是否符合设计规范要求。 在同一组混凝土拌合物的取样应从同一车混凝土中取样，取样量应多于试验所需量的1.5倍，且宜不少于0.02m³。一般在同一车混凝土中约1/4到3/4处之间分别取样，然后人工搅拌均匀。坍落度试验应在从混凝土运到交货地点起20min内完成。坍落度试验从装料到提塌落度桶的整个应不间断进行，并应在150s内完成。当发现现场坍落度数值超出允许偏差范围时应做退货处理并追查相关原因，施工单位自检的，监理人员可不签字，监理平行检验的，施工单位人员也不用签字，但平行检验应由监理独立完成。3.3.8 砼强度回弹检测1、仪器设备 回弹仪（型号：ZC3-A）及酚酞试剂志标识模板及喷剂 5米钢卷尺、水彩笔、直尺等2、检测步骤现场选构件布置测区检验数量：每一楼层梁、板、柱、墙等同一类型构件，各不少于2个。检验方法： 柱、墙构件在一米线往上构件中间部位，梁在距柱和墙边一米处往构件中间布置测区。 用模型板喷出5个测区边框线。 检测时，回弹仪的轴线应始终垂直于结构或构件的砼检测面，缓慢施压，准确读数，快速复位。
