Many consumers have witnessed its good performance.二、工作原理 高强雷蒙磨主机内，磨辊吊架上紧固有1000-1500公斤压力的高压弹簧。开始工作后，磨辊围绕主轴旋转，并在高压弹簧与离心力的作用下，紧贴磨环滚动，压 力比同等动力条件下的雷蒙磨粉机高1.2倍，所以产量大为提高。当被磨物料进入磨腔后，由铲刀铲起送入磨辊与磨环之间进行碾压，碾压后粉末随鼓风机的循环 风带入分析机，合格细粉随气流入旋风集粉器即为成品，大颗粒物料落回重磨。循环风返回鼓风机再重复以上过程，余风则进入袋式除尘器净化。当磨辊与磨环的磨 损达到一定程度后，调整高压弹簧长度，保持磨辊与环之间恒定碾压力。从而保证稳定的产量。. Working PrincipleThe grinding roller hanger is fixed with high pressure spring which carries 1000-1500 Kg inside the machine. When it works, the grinding roller revolves around the main shaft and rolls clinging to the bull ring under the action of high pressure spring and the centrifugal force. The pressure is 1.2 times higher than that of the Raymond mill under the corresponding drive condition, so the output is greatly improved. After ground materials enter into grinding chamber, they are shoveled by the shovel blade and are rolled between the grinding roller and the bull ring. After grinding, powder is brought into analytical engine along with the circulating wind belt of the blower. Qualified fine powder enter into cyclone powder collector with the air flow which become finished products, while materials in large size will fall back for regrinding. Circulating wind returns to the blower to repeat the above-mentioned process, while the rest will be purified in the bag type dust catcher. When the abrasion between the grinding roller and the ring reaches to a certain degree, high pressure spring length should be adjusted to maintain the constant rolling between them, which guarantees stable output.三、结构组成该机结构主要由主机、分析器、风机、成品旋风分离器、微粉旋风分离器及风管组成。其中，主机由机架、进风蜗壳、铲刀、磨辊、磨环、罩壳组成。. Installation and Maintenance1. Fix the main engine and then install the draught fan, cyclone separator, blast pipe connection, etc. Asbestos cord, rubber or froth plastics must be used to seal the connection between flanges. Then, white latex and talc powder should be mixed into batter for strict sealing in order to avoid the air leakage of high pressure mill.2. All the access doors must be tightly closed with high pressure mill draught fan adjusted, correct direction of main bearing and open evacuation valve before the startup.3. After it starts up, it should be filled with materials instantly (firstly fine materials, and then normal materials). Then, turn up the valve control and turn down the evacuation valve under the condition that the powder doesnt spray from the feeding inlet. Next, adjust the fineness of finished products. For the grinding production line with jaw crusher and elevator, the gap between the jaw plates of the crusher should be checked to see whether its available for the feed size. The rotary speed of analytical engine should almost meet the standard of the particle size of finished products. At last, start up the machine orderly according to the high pressure mill production line.
