一期粗碎重板更换驱动齿实施组织设计方案前言：我公司自开采西露天采坑以来，由于矿石含砷，浮选浸出效果不好，为了解决我公司的生产难题，经我公司核心工程技术人员多次与长春研究员的专家进行学术论证和实地研讨，决定对我公司的选矿工艺进行技术改造，在浮选工艺后面增加生物氧化系列。此项技术改造工程，可以解决我公司矿石难选问题，提高选矿回收率20%。并可以直接出成品金。氧化槽是整个生物氧化工程的主体部分，加工难度最大，由于在室外并且天气逐渐变冷，温度降低，对工期要求比较紧。一、编制的依据以及引用标准按照公司设备管理制度和本次技术改造质量规范的要求， =10mm的不锈钢板并卷弧；（8）其余三个氧化槽重复以上（1）（7）步骤：（9）按图纸要求下桥架材料。2、制作步骤（1）按制作要求在混凝土基础上垫一层沥青砂，中心高四周低，球缺型，中心高60mm；（2）焊槽底，用=10的不锈钢板，单面坡口，单面焊接双面成型；（3）在底板上开人行工艺孔，安装起吊架；（4）组焊槽口【16#槽钢焊接成内径9492圆形，其椭圆度应小于30，与不锈钢接触面不许有突出焊缝；（5）起吊槽钢圈并用支柱支好，焊接氧化槽上口，先按槽钢内圆将氧化槽最上圈用的=6的不锈钢板围成圆筒，再焊拖槽法兰圈，放下吊具焊槽钢外侧护圈，最后焊上口法兰圈；（6）安装起吊胀圈；（7）起吊氧化槽第一节，起高1600，用木方打支柱；（8）焊下圈，按圆周顺序组对，紧贴涨圈围绕组对；（9）重复（7）（8）步骤直至焊完最后一节；（10）焊完最后一节，按图纸要求在最后一节槽体上开设人孔并焊接完成；（11）焊底板上的人行工艺孔；（12）将工具及剩余材料从人孔移出。（四）、制作要求1、下料组最少提前一天把制作组次日所需的材料准备完成；2、下料尺寸要符合图纸要求；3、焊接坡口为单面30°V型坡口，尺寸应符合图纸要求；4、等离子下料要清净氧化铁；5、下料、运输、装卸不许划伤或擦伤不锈钢板；6、组对时，每隔250300焊接1525焊缝；7、氧化槽底部为单面焊接双面成型，槽体为双面焊接，坡口在筒体内侧，外侧用角磨机打磨焊瘤并打出坡口焊一遍；8、槽体焊缝不许有裂纹、夹渣、弧坑、咬边、电弧擦伤等焊接缺陷；9、母材不许有锤伤、划伤等缺陷，不许在母材上焊接校正拉板或割矫正孔等；10、每节焊完后要对焊缝进行超声波检验，钝化处理后才可起吊做下节；11、每焊一遍要用不锈钢刷或角磨机除净焊渣。六、形象进度计划按计划工期：见附件七、施工质量要求及质量保证措施（一）、施工质量要求氧化槽加工制作完工以后，应符合以下技术要求：1、槽体不能有大面积划伤；2、焊道平整，杜绝咬边、气孔、夹渣等焊接缺陷；3、槽体倾斜度小于0.2°；4、槽体椭圆度小于50。（二）、质量保证措施1、每节槽体焊完后要进行质量检验检测并填写检验记录，发现问题及时处理，不可以不经过检验就起吊，给检测工作带来不便；2、电焊条要进行烘焙处理，300烘焙2小时，现场设保温箱，使用的电焊条用保温筒装，确保电焊条不返潮；3、要用引弧板引弧，防止弧坑及电弧擦伤；4、制作胀圈起吊，减少起吊时焊接吊钩板对母材的损伤；5、制作运板装置，防止不锈钢在起吊、运输过程中产生死弯、变形及擦伤。八、安全措施1、施工前，施工总负责人会同安全环保部召集所有参加氧化槽加工制作人员学习有关的安全操作规程并召开安全大会；2、每天每班作业前召开班前会，明确分工，强调本班作业注意事项；3、起重作业有现场负责人指挥，工作前仔细检查起重机索具。特殊工种人员上岗，必须持有安全上岗证及各自的操作合格证，严禁无证上岗；4、在工作中起重机工必须确认信号后方能操作，必须服从指挥，不得随意操作；5、安装完工后，恢复所有安全设施，清理现场，并整理好记录；6、施工人员作业时必须带安全帽、穿戴好劳动保护用品；7、施工中不得串岗，不准乱动与己无关的阀门、电器开关等；8、施工用电必须要有专业电工接地或接零保护，夜间作业要有充足的照明；9、安全环保部派专人到现场进行安全指导。九、事故应急预案(一)、槽体倾斜和倾翻应急救援预案在施工现场准备一辆吊车和若干数量和长度的木方，如果发生槽体倾斜和倾翻，由现场负责人指挥用吊车吊起或用木方支牢。（二）、人员受伤应急救援预案施工期间由小车队准备一辆救护车辆备用，在施工中如果发生人员受伤由医务室派人现场或到医务室处理，严重的派车送往伊春救治。十、后勤保障及施工人员就餐安排（一）后勤保障1、现场安装热水器供应开水和红糖水；2、安排一辆小解放车负责领料。（二）就餐安排1、施工人员就餐地点设机关食堂；2、就餐时间：午餐11:4512：30、晚餐18:1519:00；3、午餐和晚餐采用自助餐，每餐两菜一汤，少数民族和忌口的人员根据人数和情况进行安排。附件：附件一：形象进度图附件二：施工人员名单附件三：主要材料验收单附件四：焊缝适量检验评定表附件五：工程差异说明Opinions
