2雨期气象分析根据北京市气象局提供的北京历史同期气象信息显示分析，北京地区雨期为6-9月，预计7、8月份为降雨高峰区，这两月的日平均相对湿度在75-77之间。3雨季施工组织机构3.1防汛组织机构图3.2组织机构职责划分（1）总指挥：领导防汛小组的总体工作，制定防汛工作总体方案，负责对本单位雨期防汛和施工各项工作的全面落实，确保雨期施工的质量和安全。（2）副总指挥：配合总指挥采取有效措施及时调配人力、物力组织抢救，监督检查防汛小组的人员、物资的落实及防汛措施，安全施工的执行情况。（3）技术保障组：设置天气预报员，及时向各职能部门传达上级指示精神，准确及时的将天气情况传达到各职能部门；依据每天的天气预报及时编制实施具体方案为一线提供依据；雨期汛期及时检查，明确防汛重点，为雨期防汛工作保驾护航，落实关键部位，保证工程质量；保证电气设配运转正常，配电箱的控制系统灵敏有效，水工保证排水管道通畅。（4）抢险组：依据降雨量的大小及时调配劳动力，负责防漏、排水、抢险等防汛工作，保证雨期安全。组织抢险队员抢险知识培训，掌握和提高必要的抢险技能，组织与协调抢险工作，负责本单位的抢险指挥和调度。（5）后勤保障组：保障防汛材料及时供应，满足雨期汛期设备完整、充足。4准备工作4.1技术准备工作（1）根据雨施特点，对于原材料的含水率及混凝土本身的特性，与商砼站协商制定合理的“混凝土供货技术协议”。（2）编制雨期施工方案，绘制雨期施工现场排水平面图。（3）项目安保部根据雨施特点对操作人员进行安全技术培训和交底。（4）项目部根据方案提前做好防雨材料和机具进场。（5）在进入雨期施工前，项目部技术负责人组织有关人员对雨施分部、分项工程采取的技术措施进行方案和技术交底，项目生产负责人负责组织检查本项目雨施方案的执行情况。4.2现场准备工作4.2.1现场排水（1）检查现场所有排水管道是否通畅，马路雨水采用自排水，排水方向自场地北侧向南侧大门排水，排水坡度0.5%。（2）槽边应在雨期来临之前全部硬化，并在基坑上口四周设置30cm高挡水墙，挡水墙面层抹灰压光，并且完全封闭，防止坑上口的水流入坑内。4.2.2 施工道路（1）施工道路做法：800厚2:8灰土路基，150mm厚C20混凝土硬化。基槽外围硬化地面找坡，找坡方向指向广安门内大街，具体见雨季现场排水平面图，其中场地北侧最高，南侧大门口处最低。所有雨水汇集处局部设置排水沟并设置集水井，由集水井沉淀后排入市政雨水管线。（2）道路要经常进行维修，施工过程中损坏路段抓紧修好，基坑周边的挡水墙及路面经常观察，是否有渗漏，开裂现象，及时发现及时维修，防止发生安全隐患。4.2.3 对现场材料及机电（械）设备的保护（1）在雨施前，对钢筋、水泥及电闸箱、配电盘、电焊机、现场搅拌站、混凝土泵等机电设备进行防雨保护。（2）水泥砂石：搭设水泥库，水泥库屋顶用石棉瓦制成，石棉瓦之间搭接20cm，排水坡度合理。水泥底部用垫木和竹胶板架起，（土方护坡施工阶段用用塑料布覆盖），砂、石等材料采用塑料布覆盖防雨。（3）钢筋：由于场地限制，钢筋原材有场外加工成半成品后运至现场，考虑现场雨季对于钢筋半成品的措施，半成品运至现场后放在砖砌120mm宽300mm高的地垄墙上，如有雨天及时用塑料布遮盖，如需现场加工部分，采用脚手架搭设骨架上铺双层架板（按防砸棚考虑）顶部铺镀锌瓦楞铁。（4）对于怕雨淋的材料如竹模板、木方等要采取防雨措施，必要时用彩条布遮盖，模板堆放处要垫高码放并要通风良好，避免积水对其损坏。（5）周转材料存放。钢管应搭设好架子，堆码整齐，并刷好防锈漆。扣件存放应搭设扣件房，扣件周转下来后，应及时清洗入库。（6）机械、机电设备：要搭设防雨棚 式中h1、h2为建筑物1、2两点的沉降量（mm）；L为1、2两点间的距离（mm）。（2）基坑支护结构或周边土地的位移值突然明显增大或基坑出现沙流、管涌、隆起、陷落或较严重的渗漏等。（3）基坑支护结构的支撑或锚杆体系出现过大变形、压屈、断裂、松弛或拔出的迹象。（4）周边建筑的结构部分、周边地面出现较严重的突出裂缝或危害结构的变形裂缝。（5）周边管线变形突然明显增长或出现裂缝、泄漏等。（6）根据当地工程检验判断，出现其他必须进行危险报警的情况。5.2护坡桩施工护坡桩施工在雨季初始阶段，现场情况为B区北侧和西侧护坡桩开始施工。综合考虑文明施工、安全防范的主导意识，做出以下安全、技术措施：（12）打桩场地有条件时应尽量抢在雨季到来之前做好，为了保证场地坚实可靠和必要的平整度，可打夯灰土垫层、铺垫砂石或准备适量道木、路基箱等供垫道之用。场地临时做成5的排水坡度，四周设排水沟、建立排水系统。（2）灌注桩施工，为防止雨水灌入桩孔内，成孔后孔口应高出地面，并加以覆盖，灌注桩应做到随成孔随安放钢筋笼随浇灌混凝土，不得过夜。（34）施工完毕的护坡桩或锚杆护壁、如遇雨天及时覆盖，禁止雨水浸泡，降低强度。（45）坑下作业的基坑边坡坡度应比正常边坡放宽一级，基坑深度超过6.0m时中间应设缓冲带，其带宽不小于500mm。（5）土钉墙雨季施工措施：土钉墙喷射混凝土施工前要了解当天天气预报，并设专职气象预报员。土钉墙施工面设排水系统避免积水，以便雨后能迅速复工。土钉墙施工，保证成孔一根，灌注一根，不得集中一起灌注，遇大雨时及时用塑料布对刚完成的边坡进行防护、苫盖，防止雨水冲刷边坡，对局部冲刷的边坡及时进行（6）注意现场的废旧管沟有无渗水现象，以便及时发现问题并迅速采取措施；对槽口及地面裂缝及时用水泥、砂混合料填塞，表面用水泥砂浆抹平，在下雨前及时检查，做到随裂随平，防止地表水入渗。（7）雨后复工，必须先进行基坑边坡的巡查，发现异常，及时反馈信息，以便采取相应措施。5.3土方工程抓紧本工程基础土方开挖施工的速度，尽量在6月底前将土方工程全部施工完毕。土方施工阶段须注意雨期地表水的控制，防止灌入基槽，形成土方坍塌、或冲毁施工用路等危害，对于土方施工分项制定的技术及安全措施为：（1）土方工程施工前，对于土方施工期间派专人在门口进行冲刷运土车辆轮胎，及用扫帚清扫车身的挂土。车辆出门后专人负责清扫，并洒水冲洗马路。（2）坑边搭设栏杆并做红白标识，在道路附近的工程应设有明显标识，晚间设镝灯，显示危险区域。（3）基坑上口边的路面进行硬化，防止雨水的渗漏，并严格控制槽边堆物重量在10吨以内及堆物与槽边距离不小于3m，材料码放必须散开。（4）在基坑上口路面四周设置挡水墙高30cm，防止地面雨水流入基坑。及时将坑边场地硬化，找坡方向正确，及时排水。（5）在基坑上口路面外侧边设置排水沟，保证排水畅通（设置：400×400×400）。排水方向与路面排水方向一致。现场排水沟的设置坡度为0.5%，排水沟采用砖砌，内外需要抹20mm厚的水泥砂浆。现场排水沟需要时需分段断开，每段低处挖集水坑，采用集中用潜水泵向市政排污管进行排水。（6）雨期控制土方开挖，采取分段、分片分期开挖方式。挖土要与施工密切配合，先支后挖、分层开挖、开挖部分及时支护；加强现场道路维护，用房渣土铺垫马道路面，碾压坚实，避免路面出现坑洼，防止车辆因路滑侧翻。（7）基坑分层挖土时，在汽车上下运输坡道处预备防滑、防陷材料，以备随时使用。基坑边坡放坡，要根据土质及雨量适当加大放坡，下步施工时再做修坡处理（8）雨天施工时，必要时对出土坡道采用塑料布覆盖，以防坡道泥泞无法出土。雨期施工时，机械作业完毕应停放在较高的坚实地面上，防止机械倾斜。车辆出工地前，必须进行覆盖，门口冲洗车轮及车身以防止泥土带出场外影响市容。清洗机械所用后的废水经沉淀池进行沉淀，设专人定期清理废物。（9）雨期开挖基坑，如遇有中到大雨时，应停止基坑开挖。并对已开挖坡面及时进行覆盖，防止雨水浸泡坡土引起塌方，待晾槽后方可上人操作，并禁止扰动老土层（10）因本工程施工区域为人口密集区域，马路行人较多，汽车在运土中应注意雨季行车特点，保证雨刷、灯光、制动设备完好；雨天行使严禁滑行，汽车之间应保持一定距离；根据路面情况采取排档控制速度；不能急刹车，防止侧滑；通过积水道路，要避让行人和慢行车；夜间行使要注意变换灯光，不要冒失行车，以防事故发生。5.4基坑排水措施（1）在基础清槽前密切关注近期的天气预报，由项目负责组织专人及时掌握未来一周的天气情况并做好日志，及时与分包队保持动态联系，便于生产安排。雨季基槽施工前，提前沟通好相关各部门对于基础槽底验收，基槽验收完成后及时进行垫层砼浇筑，避免晾槽。（2）基础结构四周外边设置的临时排水沟、集水井（井内放置40mm60mm卵、碎石）。排水沟及集水井设置在基础轮廓0.3m以外，排水沟断面尺寸为0.3m*0.3m，其坡度2%。两个集水井之间的排水沟坡度流向为中间流向两侧；集水井宜设于转角处，并每2040m设置一个（根据外槽宽度尺寸确定，宜选在比较宽阔地带）；集水井直径（宽度）一般为0.7m（外槽狭窄处，其尺寸根据具体情况确定，但
