Test Devices and Test Methods 6.1 Solenoid Test 6.1.1 Test of Insulation Resistance and Withstand Voltage The test of insulation resistance and withstand voltage does not need to apply the hydraulic oil pressure for specimen valve, but in the specimen valve structured so that the internal electric part (solenoid) contacts with working oil, it shall be conducted under the state where the specimen valve has been falled with working oil as follows: (1) Apply AC 1500 V (commercial frequency) between either one of electric input terminals of specimen valve and the specimen valve body by a voltage withstand tester for 60 sec and confirm that the leakage current is 1 mA or under. (2) Measure the insulation resistance in the connection same as in the procedure of (1) with using DC 500 V insulation resistance tester. The insulation resistance is desirable to be 100 Ma or over. (3) In the two coil type solenoid, conduct this test between two coils mutually. e Copyright Japanese Standards Association Provided by IHS under license with JSALicensee=IHS Employees/1111111001, User=Wing, Bernie Not for Resale, 03/15/2007 20:52:29 MDTNo reproduction or networking permitted without license from IHS -,-,- JIS B* L c, O P E O a : U id L c, a, (o 4 m C . , i c u) 3 *-i V (o a , c, (o L 1 O 4 U - I n a, (o m m 2 f 3 u) u) a - e a, 3 (o m m 2 f 3 u) u) a - a a, m (o m 3 2 f 3 u) u) a - 0 a, 4 (o a, a, K Y- . , i 4 - M 8 . , i c (o C id u) a, m n - L a, n 5 z L a, CI a , E O a, t- E - r- ! 2 4 (o Q O w v) - .- c 1 L a, V C . , i 4 t U U C .d L 3 u) E ; - u) a, U 3 (o U f ! f 3 u) u) a - a3 1 a, 3 (o m m t! 2 3 u) u) a - a a, 0 Y- . , i rl 4 a , a, cc - M C O . , i w C . , i u) a, (o m n - L a, E 3 z n L a, c a, E O a, L I - e - P a, (o a O c v) 4 - c c L c, a, a, E o rl U - O c o bil . d Copyright Japanese Standards Association Provided by IHS under license with JSALicensee=IHS Employees/1111111001, User=Wing, Bernie Not for Resale, 03/15/2007 20:52:29 MDTNo reproduction or networking permitted without license from IHS -,-,- J I S B*:8653 89 4933Ca8A 8023763 O I 19 B 8651-1989 5 4 m O K irl c u) a *?
