It is the CAs responsibilities to help the passengers to fill the forms out correctly. Passengers who select “No” in all the items

Passengers who select “Yes” in all the items on the declaration form shall provide in the corresponding spaces such details as description, quantity, before choosing to go through red channel.VI.
