Methods 57 Bone marrow of patients who diagnosed bcr/abl(+) chronic myeloid leukemia in Department of Hematology, Shantou Central Hospital between January 2016 and December 2016, was collected.An
3、d CML cells were sorted out by flow cytometry.CML cells were randomly divided into four groups.2-methoxy estradiol(2-ME) combined with ascorbic acid (AA) was used to treat chronic myeloid leukemia(CML) cells. According to the drug concentration is divided into four groups:(1)control;(2)2-MEgroup(2?m
4、ol/L);(3)AA group (62.5?mol/L);(4)2-ME combined with AA group(2-ME:2?mol/L+AA:62.5?mol/L). Flow cytometry was used to analyze the apoptosis and cell cycle of CML cells. Results CML cell apoptosis was induced by 2mol/L 2-ME+62.5mol/L AA group. 2-ME+AA induced apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner, and
5、 apoptosis was time-dose-dependent at the concentration(2-8mol/L). 2-ME+AA can induce cells in G0/G1 phase increased significantly, in the S phase of the cells decreased.
