1、DR全下肢全景成像技术及在膝关节置换术中的应用价值Abstract:Objective To evaluate DR panoramic imaging of lower extremity and its application in knee arthroplasty.Methods From February 2014 to April 2017,we retrospectively analyzed the data of 233 cases of lower extremity radiographs in our hospital. Application of Siemens i
2、maging system,YSIO acquisition system DRX line all the lower limbs photographic function software,vertical full lower limb special frame,access to seamless lower limb full stitching images,the application of measurement software after the image data measurement.Results The panoramic images of 231 pa
3、tients were successfully stitched.There was no trace,no movement and so on.2 cases were disqualified because of the dislocations caused by the movement of the patients.They were satisfied with the image after re-projection.Conclusion The whole lower extremity imaging technique,one exposure,can displ
4、ay the panoramic image of the whole lower extremity on a piece of film by seamless splicing technology.A high-quality panoramic anatomic image was provided for the preoperative and postoperative observation of orthopaedic treatment. 5、性?P节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)常累及下肢负重关节,引起关节疼痛、畸形,严重影响患者的生活质量。生物材料的不断创新和医疗技术的突飞猛进,使人工膝关节置换术成为可能。临床在诊治这类疾病时,需要以X光片为主要依据对病变部位进行测量评估。普通的X线摄影不管是CR还是DR,均不能满足临床想将身高在120 cm以上患者全下肢放在一幅图上的要求,只能利用标记物在条件不变下分段拍摄好照片后再手动拼接,从而间接获得下肢的全长图像1。因此目前DR的摄影技术并结合“无缝拼接”的图像后处理功能已成为国内外公认的全脊柱、全长骨的影像学检查和测量的常规方法2。我院将2014年2月2017年4月233例负
