6、 million Yuan, beyond the Datang company index 41.89 million Yuan, an increase of 1.76 million Yuan, FCM assessment at grade four. -Energy: power supply standard coal completing 312.25 g/kWh, down 0.1 g/kWh; integrated auxiliary power consumption ratio in 5.12%, down 0.26%; pollutant emissions perfo
7、rmance greatly reduced compared to last year, carbon 0.09 g/kWh, sulfur dioxide 0.104 g/kWh NOx 0.512 g/kWh; dust removal efficiency of more than 99.8%. -Reliability index: equivalent availability factor in 93.47%, increased 7.95% from a year earlier. 12、场实地勘察以及综合考虑到我司技术装备,施工经验,管理水平进行编制。第2章 工程概况2.1工程特点福州市南台大道南段道路工程标段工程起止桩号0+900-1+720,工程长820米,宽50米。按招标文件投标项目包括桥梁、路基、路面、排水、绿化、电力排管工程。2.2沿线自然条件概况:1.地形福州市南台大道南段道路工程标段工程所在地,沿线地形平坦开阔,现状地面标高多为罗零5.1-7.4之间,延线多为田地、菜地、鱼塘等。2.工程地质条件 本工程沿线主要土层为杂填土、粘土、淤泥、泥质中砂、淤泥质土、粉质粘土、粗砂、残积砂质粘性土、强风化花岗岩。3.气候本地区属亚热带海洋性季风气候,温和湿润、雨量充沛、光热
13、丰富。年平均气温19.3以上,一月平均气温10以上,最热七月平均气温28.7。年日照时数在2000小时以上。每年5-6月为梅雨期,7-9月为台风雨期、10月到翌年2月为少雨期。台风的影响发生在5月中旬至11月中旬,7月中旬至9月下旬为盛行期,占全年出现次数的80%,受台风影响平均风速和极大风速均达12级,风速东北。2.3设计标准及主要设计要点。 1、道路等级:城市级主干道2、计算行车速度:50公厘/小时3、道路标准宽度:50米4、设计荷载:路面为标准轴载BZZ-100 路基为城-A级5、路线交叉:平面交叉3、最大纵坡:0.56% 最小纵坡:0.47%4、路面横坡:车行道1.5%,非机动车道与人
14、行道1% (一) 道路横断面布置道路总宽35米,标准横断面布置为:3.0米(人行道)+1.5(绿化带)+3.75(非机动车道)+4.75米(绿化带)+11.75米(机动车道)+0.5米(中央分隔带)+11.75(机动车道)+4.75米(绿化带)+3.75(非机动车道)+1.5(绿化带)+3.0米(人行道)=50米。(二) 平面设计道路平面延线与上三路、二环南路平面相交。(三) 纵断面设计最大纵坡0.56%,最小纵坡0.47%。最小竖曲线的半径:5000米(凸型)5000米(凹型),坚曲线占路线总长28.4%。(四)桥梁工程1、桥跨度为16米,宽度50米。2、上部采用预应力钢筋预制空心板梁,下部
15、采用实体桥台钻孔灌注桩。(五) 路面结构设计 1、机动车道面层:4cm改性沥青砼(AC-13)5cm中粒式沥青砼(AC-16)6cm粗粒式沥青砼(AC-25)基层:30厘米厚5%水泥稳定砂砾垫层:20厘米厚山皮石2、非机动车道面层:C30砼路面15厘米厚基层:15厘米厚5%水泥稳定砂砾垫层:15厘米厚山皮石3、人行道面层: C10素混凝土12厘米垫层:13厘米厚山皮石(六)路基1、路基采用回填中砂。2、在填方路段,自路槽底算起0-80CM,密实度要达到95%以上,80-150CM密实度要达到93%以上,150CM以下要达到90%以上,在挖方路段应换填中粗砂以保证路面以下有80CM优质路床。3、
16、在耕植地地段,为保证路基承载力,应先去除表面腐质土30CM,回填中砂,填前夯实地基。4、经过池塘、河浦地段采用围堰抽干明水清淤换填砂处理,换填深度0.8-1.2米。5、挖方路段,路槽以下80CM范围均不得有软土淤泥存在,否则须换填砂,并予以夯实。 6、 路基边坡防护工程 池塘地段边坡外侧填筑1米宽度的粘性土防护,一般路段填方路段边坡坡度1:1.5,采用满铺种植草籽防护,一般挖方路段边坡坡度1:1,采用植草皮防护。(七)排水工程 1、雨水工程:本雨水管管径采用D300-D1400,D400时,采用钢筋砼管,D400时,采用砼管。部份雨水检查井处予埋排水管至路边线外2米,以备沿线用户接入。 2、污
17、水工程:本标段污水管管径为DN300-DN400,采用双壁波纹管。部份污水检查井处予埋排水管至路边线外2米,以备沿线用户接入。3、井盖、井座均采用双层井座、井盖。(八)绿化工程1、栽植乔木:细叶榕、乐昌含笑。2、栽植灌木:双色茉莉、红继木拼球。3、栽植地被:花叶掌柴、雪里卡、黄金叶。4、铺种草皮:马尼草皮。(九)电力排管工程1、管材:采用碳素螺纹护导管。2、埋深:人行道埋深0.5米;横穿道路埋深0.7米。3、沿道路两侧人行道分别铺设:D180碳素波纹管9根。2.4工程质量要求1、工程质量要求:合格2.5工程工期要求1、工程工期要求:153日历日。第3章 施工组织机构和劳动力调配计划一、组织机构
18、1、本标段一旦中标,立即组建“福州市南台大道南段道路工程标段项目经理部”实行施工项目管理,作为驻现场的指挥机构,全面负责本工程的施工,并与业主、监理、质检站、设计院密切配合,服从政府有关职能部门的指挥安排,做好保障和协调工作,实行项目经理负责制,确保工程按期、保质保量完成施工任务。2、施工机构设置该工程机械设置,在总公司主管经理的领导和总工程师监督指导下,项目经理部全面负责开展整个工程的施工工作。由项目经理统一指挥项目部各设立管理部门.项目管理组分别设立施工技术组、质量安全组、材料后勤组、行政宣传组四部门征对本工程的桥梁、道路、排水、电力排管、绿化工程等各分项工程设立九个施工作业组承担该项目施
