1、I 摘 要 啤酒工业在我国迅猛发展的同时,排出了大量的啤酒废水,给环境造 成了极大的威胁。本设计为木兰县金桥啤酒厂啤酒废水处理设计,设计程 度为初步设计。啤酒废水水质的主要特点是含有大量的有机物,属高浓度 有机废水,故其生化需氧量也较大。该啤酒废水处理厂的处理水量为 10000m3/d,不考虑远期发展。原污水中各项指标为:BOD 浓度为 1800 mg/L ,COD 浓度为 2200 mg/L ,SS 浓度为 120 mg/L 。因该废水 BOD 值较大 ,不经处理会对环境造成巨大污染,故要求处理后的排放水要严格 达到国家啤酒工业污染物排放标准 (GB198212005) ,即:BOD 20
2、mg/L ,COD 80 mg/L ,SS 70mg/L 。 本设计工艺流程为: 啤酒废水 格栅/污水提升泵 调节沉淀池 UASB 反应器 CASS 池 巴氏计量槽 处理出水 工程实践表明 UASB+CASS 组合工艺对啤酒废水是一种有效的处理工艺,且 该处理工艺具有结构紧凑简洁,运行控制灵活,抗冲击负荷,污泥量小等 特点。 关关键键词词: 啤酒废水 UASB CASS II Abstract With the rapid development of brewery industry in China, more brewery wastewater is discharged, which
3、 endangers environment extremely.This design is one beer waste water treatment of mulanxian jinqiao brewery .The degree of the design is in a preliminary phase. The main distinguishing feature of the beer waste water is that it contains the massive organic matters, so it belongs to the high concentr
4、ation organic waste water, therefore its biochemical oxygen demand is also high. The water which needs to treatment in the beer waste water treatment plant is 10000, regardless of the specified future development. Various target in the dm / 3 raw waste water is: the concentration of BOD is 1800 mg/L
5、 , the concentration of COD is 2200 mg/L , the concentration of SS is 120 mg/L . For the beer waste waters BOD is high, it could pollute the environment if drained before treatment, so it request the beer waste water which drained must be strictly treated to the beer industry standards for discharge
6、 of water pollutants (GB198212005) in the country, which is as following: BOD 20 mg/L , COD 80 mg/L , SS 70 mg/L . The technological process of this design is: Beer waste water Screens/ The sewage lift pump Adjust traps Reaction tank of UASB Tank of CASSPap measuring tank Treatment water The enginee
7、ring practice shows that the UASB + CASS combination process on beer wastewater is a kind of effective treatment process, and the processing technology has the characteristic of compact structure simple, flexible operation control, impact resistant load, small amount of sludge, etc. KeyKey words:wor
