An anaerobic methacrylate ester resin base liquid that solidifies by polymerization when confined between 2 surfaces in the absence of a
2、ir or by exposure to high temper- atures. When cured the compound becomes a tough plastic material capable of providing a seal for water, gasoline, oil and other liquids used in the assembly of automotive and related products. 1.1 The material shall be capable of sealing gaps up to 0.25 mm between 2
3、 metal surfaces and withstanding pressure of 34 MPa upon full cure. Excessive amounts of oil and dirt must be removed from the sealing surfaces for max results. This mate- rial is specially formulated for robotic application systems. 1.2 References to this specification without a type designa- tion
